A laboratory customer in Maryland needed a safer and easier way for maintenance personnel to access
rooftop chillers and mechanical equipment

Pantero designed, supplied, and installed a custom galvanized steel access stairway with multiple landings and safety railings.
The stair system was designed around the existing building and site conditions to provide maintenance teams with direct rooftop access. Because the system is outdoors year-round, galvanized steel was used for durability and corrosion resistance.
