A Local Metal fabrication company operates a high-output fabrication facility specializing in laser cutting and metal fabrication. As demand increased and equipment grew more complex, floor space became increasingly limited. Their laser cutting machine required several support components — including gas systems, chillers, spare parts, and tool carts — all of which were taking up valuable real estate on the production floor.
The company didn’t want to sacrifice workflow or add another building, but they needed a strategic solution to create more space and improve organization within their existing layout.
