The Challenge Our customer needed a safer and more convenient way for employees and maintenance teams to access elevated components on five ENGEL injection molding machines. They wanted a permanent solution that would improve accessibility without interfering with the machines, conveyors, or surrounding production equipment
Pantero’s Solution
Pantero designed and supplied five custom equipment platforms, each engineered around the specific footprint and access requirements of the injection molding machines. The platforms included stairs, elevated work areas, and safety railing, giving operators and maintenance personnel convenient access to critical areas of the equipment.
