A Nationwide Agriculture/Construction Parts Supplier was preparing for a major shift in their warehouse operations. Their existing racking system was outdated, inefficient, and no longer supported their growing inventory needs. They were looking for a partner who could not only help them redesign the layout of their warehouse but also take on the full responsibility of tearing down the old racking and installing a new, optimized system.
They needed someone with the experience to create a functional design, provide detailed drawings for planning and approval, and execute the entire transition without disrupting daily operations
Solution
Our team began the process with a comprehensive on-site assessment to understand the customer’s space, workflow, and storage requirements. From there, we developed a tailored warehouse layout that maximized their available square footage and improved accessibility and product flow.
Using the layout, we delivered a complete set of 3D CAD drawings, allowing the customer to visualize the new system and gain necessary approvals quickly.
Once the design was finalized, our installation crew handled the full teardown of the existing pallet racking. We carefully removed and disposed of outdated materials, ensuring the process was safe and efficient. Immediately following the teardown, we began installing the new pallet racking system, carefully aligning with the approved layout and safety regulations.
