The Challenge The developer wanted to give car condo owners more usable space without increasing the footprint of each unit. With tall ceilings and valuable open floor space, adding a second level was a natural way to increase the functionality and value of the condos.

Pantero designed, supplied, and installed 25 custom mezzanines throughout the development. Each mezzanine transformed unused vertical space into a functional second floor while keeping the area below open for vehicles, lifts, workshops, and storage. The upper levels give owners the flexibility to create lounges, offices, entertainment areas, additional storage, or other customized spaces while maintaining the garage space below
The mezzanines helped the developer offer a more valuable and versatile car condo product while giving individual owners significantly more usable square footage.
