Car Condo Development – 25 Custom Mezzanines

The developer wanted to give car condo owners more usable space without increasing the footprint of each unit.

With tall ceilings and valuable open floor space, adding a second level was a natural way to increase the functionality and value of the condos.

Pantero designed, supplied, and installed 25 custom mezzanines throughout the development.

Each mezzanine transformed unused vertical space into a functional second floor while keeping the area below open for vehicles, lifts, workshops, and storage.

The upper levels give owners flexibility to create lounges, offices, entertainment areas, additional storage, or other customized spaces.
